Architect Gregor Eichinger has created a stunning design for Café Ansari that amazes visitors. An eye-catcher in this spacious café is the fully tiled counter. In front of the large window façade are long tables, always decorated with tasteful flower arrangements. Comfy blue sofas are placed in the window niches. At the center of the café, there is also a drinking fountain.

Although the Ansari is a café, the cuisine is also very impressive. The food here is a blend of Georgian and Oriental. The select of antipasti is an absolute hit. The starters, including stuffed carrots and aubergine rolls, are served to great effect on a three-level etagère. Those who fancy ordering a Georgian wine to try won’t be disappointed. In summer, guests enjoy these specialties in a sidewalk eating area on the idyllic tree-lined Praterstrasse.
