Flight bookings on the entire route network of the Lufthansa Group can also be made conveniently via the Austrian app. Additional services such as baggage bookings at Austrian, Brussels, Lufthansa and SWISS or seat reservations are also available on the app. Users proactively receive relevant information via their cell phones. There are push notifications in case of flight schedule changes, for example, or real-time information on the baggage status, and users can even access the Austrian Melangerie offer and e-journals.
From the airport to the city center and back

For departure, Austrian Airlines passengers can use the self-service check-in at the City Air Terminal in the city center. In combination with a ticket for the airport express train, the City Airport Train (CAT), flight passengers can check their own luggage at the City Air Terminal in Vienna’s city center and travel comfortably to the airport with only their carry-on bags.
