Most of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible for guests with disabilities. Elevators are available to transport visitors safely from floor to floor.
For safety reasons, only nine wheelchair users (three per floor) can be admitted to the building at any one time, so there may be waiting times at the entrance ticket desk. Trained staff are available to answer questions and provide assistance.
