Labstelle
Styled right down to the smallest detail is the Labstelle on Lugeck. The cuisine is also above average. The focus lies on regional, Austrian cuisine. The best producers in Austria supply the Labstelle. Most of the products come from organic agriculture. The figs come from the Feigenhof am Himmelreich, the artichokes from the Marchfeld, the fish from Gut Dornau in Leobersdorf. And the fabulous bread is baked on site. Sustainability isn't just some buzzword here. Wherever possible, everything is cooked and nothing thrown away, whether animal or vegetable. The creativity of the dishes speaks for itself.
The ambience of the Labstelle knows how to impress: the guest garden is located along a passageway between Lugeck and Wollzeile. Hanging gardens have been installed here as eye-catchers. Even proper design classics can be found in the restaurant in the form of the Y-Chairs by Hans J. Wegner. Together with polished concrete, black steel and leached wood, the result is an architectural and extremely harmonious whole.
