Terms and Conditions of Entry Unreal Estates: Vienna on Realtor.com Competition US

1. Entry

The competition is organized by the Vienna Tourist Board, Invalidenstrasse 6, 1030 Vienna (hereinafter “the VTB”) as part of the “Unreal Estates: Vienna on Realtor.com” advertising campaign (for further details, visit estates.vienna.info).
A US home address is required to enter the “Unreal Estates: Vienna on Realtor.com” competition. Entry using fake identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 and over who register online at estates.vienna.info during the entry period.
The entry period is from October 16, 2024 to November 19, 2024. After registration, the winner will be selected at random and contacted via email.

Entry to the competition is not open to employees of the VTB or its partners, or to members of such employees’ families or households.
In case of violations of these Terms and Conditions of Entry, the VTB reserves the right to disqualify the individuals concerned.
Individuals who use unauthorized forms of support or other types of manipulation, e.g. automatically generated participation by means of bots, will also be disqualified. In such cases, the VTB reserves the right to subsequently revoke any prizes awarded, or to claim damages if the prize has been redeemed, provided the entrant is at fault.

Entrants may only register once, meaning that only one prize can be awarded to each winning entrant.
The winner will be notified immediately by email. There is no obligation to accept the prize. You will coordinate directly with the VTB to book your stay, subject to availability and terms. Availability may vary during the following occasions: Easter, Christmas, Summer Night Concert, and Sisi the Musical. Prize can be redeemed within one year following the prize draw.
Entrants are responsible for providing a correct email address.
The prize (2 return tickets to Vienna - departing US airports: New York, Chicago, Boston, LA, Washington DC, 3 nights in Vienna, Vienna City Card and entry to Schönbrunn Palace, Hermes Villa, Sigmund Freud Museum, Belvedere Palace) cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred to other individuals.
The VTB reserves the right to make changes or additions to, or to terminate the “Unreal Estates: Vienna on Realtor.com” competition without prior notification. This applies particularly in case of force majeure (including pandemics and their direct effects or if the competition can no longer be implemented or continued for organizational, technical or legal reasons, provided that these are not the fault of the VTB.)

Processing of entrants’ personal data is necessary under the Terms and Conditions of Entry, as entry to the competition will otherwise not be possible.
The VTB will process entrants’ personal data solely for the purpose of organizing and executing the competition (Article 6[1][b], [c] and [f] General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR]). Entrants’ data will only by processed for the duration of the competition and then deleted immediately; we will delete the winner' data upon expiry of the statutory retention period of 10 years.
Only the prize winners’ personal data will be transferred to third parties and only to partners and other providers of services who work for the VTB in connection with processing the prize (e.g. US agency; corresponding [data protection] information will be provided as part of the announcement of the prize).

The VTB will be released from all of its obligations at the end of the entry period/of the competition, i.e. once the winner has been notified. The VTB bears no liability for legal or material deficiencies.
No liability is accepted for errors or omissions regarding the announcement of the winner.
The VTB assumes no liability for damages that may result from errors, delays or interruptions in transmission; disruptions to technical equipment and services; incorrect content; the loss or deletion of data; viruses; or damages that are in some other way related to participation in the competition, unless such damages are caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the VTB (including its management bodies and employees). This does not affect the VTB’s liability for personal injury, including in case of slight negligence or breach of mandatory liability law (Produkthaftungsgesetz [Austrian Product Liability Act]).

If these Terms and Conditions of Entry contain ineffective provisions, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
