The airport information desks are located in the departure halls of Terminals 1 and 3 and in the arrivals hall of Terminal 3. You can send service requests by e-mail to service@viennaairport.com. If you have any questions about your flight, please call the Contact Center on +43-1-7007-0 which is open 24 hours a day.

The Tourist Info Vienna office in the Arrivals Hall (Level 0) is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm. The team there will be happy to help you with questions about how to travel into the city or to your hotel. You can also pick up free maps of the city and a wide range of brochures. You can buy the Vienna City Card or redeem the Vienna City Card voucher and purchase tickets for the Vienna Airport Lines buses.

Accessible
Vienna Airport is 100% accessible. Around 680 signs with LED lighting and color coding help visitors find their way around, while monitors at eye level make the flight information easier to read. A request for assistance can be submitted to the travel company or airline at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before departure. Vienna Airport App
The free app offers up-to-date status reports on arrivals and departures as well as information about the airport. It can be downloaded in German and English from the App Store or Google Play. To be able to use the service, a data or WiFi connection must be available.

WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the airport. The only requirement for use is a mobile device with Wi-Fi capability. Power sockets and USB-A and USB-C ports are located in every lounge and in the waiting areas at the gates.

Interactive airport map
The interactive airport map, which covers all parts of the airport area, is useful for finding your way around the airport.

Getting from the airport to the city
