Pratersauna
The Pratersauna still exudes the charm of the 1960s. Its virtues are especially evident in summer. No other club in the city has such as beautiful pool including sandy landscape in the garden. During the summer season, the Sauna Strand Club is open until 8 pm and is a popular place to go swimming. Otherwise, the swimming pool is illuminated at night and a great setting for the parties.
Inside the Pratersauna, several dance floors are in use at the same time, including the so-called Glashaus and the Toiletfloor. The music ranges from Minimal Techno through to electronic live acts. In summer, the parties spill out into the garden and onto the terrace.
Many parts of the old sauna, which was built in 1965, intermingle with contemporary, newly designed elements. The façade, bar area and WCs of the Pratersauna have been completely redesigned. The centerpiece is a bar made from stone, illuminated in green. Other parts of the Pratersauna are still charmingly improvised.
