Trailcenter Hohe Wand Wiese

Four modern routes from easy to difficult are waiting to be tackled. However, before you enjoy the fun part - the downhill rides - you first have to pedal the way up on the technically and physically demanding Uphill Line. A moderate alternative leads via a forest road, and outside the summer toboggan season, you and your bike can also be pulled up the mountain by the ski lift. Having arrived at the top, the choice is between the Flow and Enduro Lines. The Flow Line, categorized as easy with “blue”, is noted for gentle waves and lots of curves, and is perfectly suited for beginners and families. The Enduro Line has been only slightly modified as a nature trail and is technically a very demanding section classified as "black". The new KendA Line is presented as a "red" fun route with various obstacles that can be rolled over or are easy to cycle around.

The Trailcenter also offers rental bikes and equipment, training on cycling techniques, a practice course and guided tours on the trails around the center and throughout the Vienna Woods. A new feature is the shuttle service for bikers and bikers to the Sophienalpe or Trailsafari.

By the way: The Hohe Wand Wiese also has a summer toboggan run for high-speed descents

How to get there: From Hütteldorf station (subway, rapid transit railway, Westbahn), the Hohe Wand Wiese can be reached in 15 minutes with bus line 450. The facility also offers a parking lot free of charge.
